Professional culture in our industry, I believe is shared in each department/room of the service. In these sectors we share values, habits and assumed ways of doing things. We become a little family as such in these little groups. The professional interaction of educators contributes, to a greater or lesser extent to the educational success of the children, and is often related to the teacher professionality.

You can see in each room how educators are as a whole and this can be observed on how the whole room is.
