Stone & Sprocket does not accept liability for broken, lost or damaged property during any of our offerings. Participants attending face to face workshops and events do so at their own risk. Whilst all care is take and risk assessments considered Stone & Sprocket do not accept liability for injury, illness or accidents. 

Open Events (Face to face and webinars)

 

Face to face 

The ticket is for one person to attend the workshop. The ticket is non-transferable and non-refundable. In the event a ticket holder has extenuating circumstances contact with Stone & Sprocket is to be made prior to the event to notify of the circumstances regarding the absence. The Director of Stone & Sprocket is authorised to approve credit notes only. 

 

Webinar

The ticket is for one person to attend the live webinar. The ticket is non-transferable and non-refundable. Ticket holders will be asked to show proof of attendance to the webinar by coming on screen and having their name marked off on an attendance sheet. In the event Stone & Sprocket cancels or postpones the event, ticket holders are entitled to a credit note for the price of the ticket. Contact with Stone & Sprocket is to be made prior to the event to notify of circumstances regarding the absence. Director of Stone & Sprocket is authorised to approve credit notes only.

Private Workshops

 

The agreed invoice is for the full amount of services quoted and accepted. The balance is due upon receipt and the date is not secure until proof of payment is provided. Once secured, the booking is non-transferable and non-refundable. In the event that a service has extenuating circumstances contact with Stone & Sprocket is to be made prior to the booking date where possible to notify of the circumstances regarding the situation. The Director of Stone & Sprocket is authorised to approve re-schedules or credit notes only. 

 

Coaching in Context

Pre-recorded material remains the property of Stone & Sprocket and is not to be used for re-sale or purchase. Purchasers agree to use the material for professional development purposes only. Stone & Sprocket do not accept liability for any inappropriate use of online material.
