My thoughts on what I want for my room/program:
I would like my room to be a calm, happy environment, where every educator knows their role and each of the educators unique strengths are valued and celebrated. All educators add their ideas and input into the program. My children would feel valued for their individuality and feel emotionally supported by their educators.
I feel calm just reading this Jessica! What a wonderful aspiration to have. A place where people can be themselves and know their role and contribute certainly is an appropriate vision that doesn’t just serve your needs but the needs of the collective. Well done. We are going to keep unpacking how to actually make this happen in a practical way throughout the course. Keeps coming back to this vision snd checking whether the actions of all the people in your room are enacting this vision or hindering it. Well done.
