PLAY IT BY EAR: Blazing Frustration

We walk this land, Like it’s nothing to fuss. Then when hell breaks loose, We point fingers and cuss.

Meanwhile they watch, Our Firsts, They throng In disbelief and shame, About how we got it so wrong.

They watch as we burn A raging red fire, As hot as our heads The muppets still conspire.

When will they listen To Earths desperate plea? When will they look Outside of their ‘me’?

By Rebecca Thompson

I have added this image of fire to remind me of the happy things associated with this beautiful element.

For those of you playing at home, waiting for the next recipe......here's what we had for dinner tonight:

TAKE OUT :)
